Our Shipping Policy
Everything You Need to Know
We generally ship your order within 3 business days. However, because our products are all hand-poured, there may be times that it takes up to one week for us to ship. We do use 100% soy wax, which is more sensitive to temperatures than paraffin wax. During summer months, we will generally ship Monday - Wednesday to reduce the possibility that your products may sit in an environment that is not temperature controlled over the weekend.

We generally ship USPS, however if your order qualifies for free shipping, we may ship via UPS or FedEx, especially for larger orders.

All Monthly Subscription Boxes will ship the first week of the month. Quarterly Subscription Boxes will ship the first week of the following months: February, May, August, & November.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If there is ever a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
