Service Description

We will guide participants in creating their own unique scented candle, while educating them on the candle making process. We do require a minimum of 12 participants for events outside Hazard, KY. We will consider smaller groups locally. The 4 hour time slot includes a buffer of 1.5 hours for us to set up and ensure wax is melted and ready. We allow 2 hours for the event and 30 minutes for cleanup. We are currently limited to Friday evenings and Saturdays for booking events. If you are located in Hazard, KY we may be able to book your event during the week. Contact us to discuss!

Cancellation Policy

Once we have confirmed your event and details, we will invoice you for a non-refundable deposit which must be paid to hold your date. This deposit will be applied to your event invoice. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 5 days of your scheduled event. In the event that we have an emergency situation which would keep us from attending your event we will offer the option to reschedule or refund the full amount that has been paid toward your invoice, including any deposit.
