This boxed set includes one pair of wich trimmers and one wick dipper.  Keeping candle wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch prior to lighting ensures an even burn and extends the life of your candles.  Using a wick dipper to extinguish your candle prevents that "smoke" smell, and ensure that you continue to enjoy the frangrance from the candle after extenguishing.
